AND

Thursdays 5:30-6:30

However you travel - walk, ride, scooter, or roller blade  - SOMEHOW visit our Walk-Up Window and pick up library books you have reserved or return library books!   Our Walk-Up Window is near the Edison bike racks.  All Edison students can place holds on library books they would like, and if not delivered to the classroom on a day the student is here, the books can be picked up at the Walk-Up Window.  We will also have Book Bundles available for our kindergarteners and first-graders.  Please see below for a video, "How to Place Holds in Destiny Discover".  On a COVID note, effective November 2, 2020 we will quarantine all returned books for three days (consistent with Elmhurst Public Library procedure) so you can be sure that books returned by Edison students have been appropriately quarantined before being released.

     BOOK BUNDLES!

Kindergarteners and first graders received a few  "Book Bundles" during the last few weeks they were at school. Each bundle includes one picture book, one early reader and one nonfiction book.  These library books can be returned at our Library Walk-Up Window (see above for hours).  Students can also pick up a new Book Bundle at our Library Walk-Up Window.  No notice required, just come on by!  We would love to keep these bundles moving back and forth weekly! On a COVID note, effective November 2, 2020 we will quarantine all returned books for three days (consistent with Elmhurst Public Library procedure) so you can be sure that books returned by Edison students have been appropriately quarantined before being released.   If you have any questions about Book Bundles please contact Mrs. Greska (mgreska@elmhurst205.org).

**If you want to help your child select his or her own books for their bundle, please see below  "How to Place Holds in Destiny Discover".
